My Story

I grew up a little all over the U.S., however, SoCal is what I call home. I am not only a Marine Corps Veteran, but I am also married to an active duty Marine as well. We have traveled from coast to coast due to the Military and we have finally found our forever home here in Virginia. I have absolutely loved getting to know all of the Active-Duty Service members, Veterans, and First Responders I have had the honor of working with in the NoVA area. I am strictly a telehealth provider at this time, but don't let that hinder you from working with me. I am very confident in the work I do with my clients and I enjoy helping clients feel safe and welcomed in this space and environment to assist in processing their experiences in comforting environment. I have only ever worked within private practices and I attempt to make every effort to ensure each client feels as though their treatment feels personalized and worth the time they put in. Please feel free to reach out and ask questions and I look forward to working with you.
